These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maddern's Place 3D Printing website and any purchase made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This is a foundation placeholder and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before the site goes live.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for custom print requests that fall outside what we're able to produce.
Custom Print Requests
Custom print requests are quoted individually. A quote is not a confirmed order until accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. Files you upload for custom prints must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & Refunds
Our approach to returns and refunds, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photography and site content are owned by Maddern's Place 3D Printing unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of goods or services, or the cost of resupply, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
