Since we're new and still growing our range, there's a good chance we haven't listed it yet. Send us a Custom Print request describing what you need (or a reference file/image) and we'll quote it for you directly.

Do you donate to charity?

Yes — 60% of the profit from every sale is donated to Autism SA, a South Australian charity supporting autistic individuals, their families and the professionals who work with them. That's 60% of profit (what's left after materials, shipping and running costs), calculated on every order, not just an occasional promotion. See our About page for more detail.

How long does it take to print my order?

Most in-stock items are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom print requests may take longer depending on complexity — we'll always confirm a timeframe before you order.

Since most items are printed to order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before printing begins.

Are your prints food safe?

Standard PLA prints are not certified food-safe. If you need a food-safe item, let us know and we can discuss suitable materials.

Can prints go outside?

Accepted Answer

Our Garden range is designed to be weather-resistant, but prolonged direct sun and extreme heat can affect any PLA print over time.
